Making A Donation0
Posted In Foundation News
The Ted Nolan Foundation is now able to accept donation online through CanadaHelps. CanadaHelps is a public charitable foundation (896568417RR0001), and is Canada’s only donation portal that provides access to all of Canada’s 80,000 charities.
Making a donation is simple; please click the button to the bottom right on our home page and you will be taken to CanadaHelps.org. Once your donation is received you will be issued a secure pdf tax receipt upon your donation.
Thank you for your support and generous donations.
About CanadaHelps:
CanadaHelps knows just how important donors are to charities (as we are a charity ourselves), and how important the charities are to the donors that support them. But today, donors in Canada have unique needs and desires, as all donors are not created equal. No matter what type of charitable donor you might be, CanadaHelps can accommodate all your giving needs.
For donors, CanadaHelps.org simplifies the donating process, making it easy, quick and secure. On any pages where you share personal information or perform financial transactions, CanadaHelps.org encrypts your data using Secure Socket Layers (SSL), allowing you to send and receive information without the worry of having it intercepted. Put simply, donors go online, select as many charities as they wish, make their donation and receive a tax receipt for each donation immediately.
How do I get my receipt?
Tax receipts are sent immediately following the payment of your donation(s) to the email you entered. Please check your email following the donation. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder in case our message has been diverted by your email client. If you have a MyCanadaHelps account, all donations and all receipts are stored online for you. You can access your receipt at any time.
Is my receipt valid for tax credits?
Yes. CanadaHelps uses secure PDFs for tax receipting. Electronic receipts are valid for tax filing by the CRA.
